Founded in 2011, Graphic Harvest is a Cape Town, South Africa based consultancy specialising in facilitation and creative visualisation methodologies. Our approach is highly creative, collaborative, as well as grounded in business knowhow and experience.
We work with organisations all over the world, and are happy to travel.
Sonja Niederhumer
Facilitation & Graphic Harvesting
Sonja holds an international masters degree, with a specialization in facilitation processes in multi-stakeholder systems,
and draws on a background of organisational consulting.
Sonja has trained extensively in the Grove visual facilitation methodologies. Her graphic harvesting work is underpinned by neuroscience and principles of adult learning to support engagement, long-term memory creation and implementation.
Grant Johnson
Graphic Harvesting & Design
Grant draws on 18 years graphic design and advertising experience. He worked as the Art Director for Machete Creative – an integrated brand communications agency based in Cape Town.
Grant’s graphic harvesting and design work incorporates a strong understanding of organisational environments, impeccable drawing and design skills, strength in visually conceptualising powerful images and engaging audiences in the live
drawing process.
Christie Niederhumer
Illustration & Design
Christie holds a Fine Art Degree from Ruth Prowse School of Art, followed with Graphic Design studies at Red and Yellow Creative School of Business.
Christie is an accomplished painter, photographer and digital designer. With a unique blend of fine art and modern design skills – she brings a fresh and innovative approach to all her client projects.
